Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary:
A local company in Queen City, TX is seeking a dependable Skid Steer Operator to join their team. This position will primarily be responsible for operating a skid steer to move materials and assist with daily operations, while also supporting the team with general labor duties as needed. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is comfortable working both on and off equipment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a skid steer safely and efficiently to move materials around the job site
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
• Assist with general labor tasks, including lifting and stacking bags and other materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Support team members with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating a skid steer or similar heavy equipment required
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and stacking materials regularly
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Dependable and punctual with a team-first attitude
