Urgently Hiring – Production Associates (1st & 2nd Shift)

Location: Menomonie, WI

Shift & Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–1:30 PM | $17.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 1:30 PM–10:00 PM | $19.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Pull materials for production and customer orders.
• Cut materials accurately according to specifications.
• Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, or material handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Work safely in a production environment.

Equipment Used

• Hand tools
• Measuring tools
• Forklift experience is a plus (training may be provided)
