Forklift Operator (Sit-Down & Stand-Up) – 2nd Shift

Location: McAllen, TX (South Area)

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Position Summary
Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a fast-paced warehouse in South McAllen. This role involves operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials, support shipping and receiving, and maintain efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and experienced with warehouse processes.

Job Duties

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping
• Use RF scanners to process and track inventory
• Inspect materials for damages, shortages, and quality issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience (sit-down and/or stand-up) required
• Experience with shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
• Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
