We are seeking TIG Welders at all Levels to join our client’s team in Mentor, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating TIG welding equipment to weld parts within acceptable tolerance and standards. The role involves manual layout and surface prep processes, reading and interpreting welding blueprints, and using measuring instruments to ensure parts meet dimensional requirements. #2931ST

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment using prescribed methods and procedures.
• Weld parts in accordance with acceptable tolerance and quality standards.
• Perform manual layout and surface prep processes when required.
• Read and interpret welding blueprints, including standard welding symbols, travelers, and other work instruction documents.
• Position parts to be joined using fixtures, holding, or positioning devices.
• Use measuring instruments and gauges to check and ensure parts meet dimensional requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with TIG welding and fabrication preferred. If TIG Certified, welding certs will do for Welder I Roles.
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and other technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to use measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift

Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience
