Salary: $17-$19 an hour DOE

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Embroidery Machine Operator for our client located in Back of The Yards.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating embroidery machines, selecting appropriate materials, and ensuring all finished products meet quality standards and client specifications. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, technical ability, and a creative eye.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret work orders, designs, and client specifications
• Set up and operate embroidery machines for various projects
• Select appropriate threads, fabrics, hoops, and design settings
• Monitor production to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs as needed
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and report any major issues
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and production output
• Assist with inventory tracking and material reordering
• Provide input on design placement, materials, and overall production improvements
• Train and support new team members as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating embroidery machines or similar equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and follow instructions, patterns, and manuals
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
