Express is looking for CNC Lathe operators in the Kenosha area!

Requirements:

Experience with Mori Seiki, Samsung and Haas CNC machines preferred with Fanuc controls.
Preferred knowledge of tooling/insert changes and programming tool offsets.
Able to use simple math to preform basic calculations.
Knowledge of utilizing various measurement equipment including dial calipers, micrometers, bore gages, etc.
Must be able to work independently, but demonstrate the ability to work productively in a team environment.
To be responsible for good, quality parts. Quality, no exceptions, builds it right the first time and does not deviate from the process.
Familiar with ISO requirements and understand company’s quality management system and utilizes it.
Ensure all tools, measuring devices, etc. used to verify customer parts compliance are calibrated and fit for service.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and workplace rules.

Education:

Minimum Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent

Preferred: Two-year certificate in machine trades.

Required: Experience in CNC mill or lathe machining production

Skills/Knowledge:

Ability to read and interpret blue prints
Ability to operate multiple machines
Ability to operate overhead crane/jib crane
Ability to work and communicate well with others
Ability to understand measuring equipment including dial calipers, micrometers, bore gages, etc.
Good math skills
Ability to record measurements accurately onto inspection report
