Pay: $25.00/hour  

Schedule:  

Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM  

Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM  

Consistent daytime schedule with occasional flexibility based on business needs  

Supervise and support a team of 6–8 employees in the kitting/production department  

Delegate daily tasks and manage workflow to meet production and fulfillment goals  

Create and manage employee work schedules  

Generate purchase orders and coordinate purchasing of materials and supplies  

Collaborate with office staff to manage mail orders, distribution requests, and order fulfillment timelines  

Ensure quality control and accuracy of all assembled kits  

Monitor inventory levels and maintain organized workspace and storage systems  

Communicate regularly with leadership regarding production updates, inventory needs, and workflow improvements  

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, or kitting environment  

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel (data tracking, inventory, reporting)  

High attention to detail, especially with numbers, inventory, and order accuracy  

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting  

Positive attitude with a dependable and strong work ethic  

Ability to balance big-picture planning with day-to-day operations  

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally  

Experience with production or warehouse equipment, such as:  

Copy machines  

Folding machines  

Shrink wrap machines
