Manufacturing Associate with a Construction background

Location: South Oklahoma City
Schedule: 6am-4:30pm M-Th with possible OT Fri/Sat
Pay: $17.20/hr+

About the Position:
We are seeking dependable and experienced construction workers to work as a Manufacturing Associate to join a dynamic team known for their efficiency, reliability, and commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for assembly and use of hand tools, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an evaluation-to-hire role! Must have longevity with recent work history in order to be considered. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to assemble and manufacture products.
• Use handheld power tools (e.g., screw and drill guns) and understand measurements.
• Lift and position raw materials, perform quality checks to meet standards.
• Complete paperwork, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean work area.
• Train less experienced team members and perform additional duties as assigned.

Schedule: 6am-4:30pm M-Th with OT Fri/Sat
