What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Assist patients with scheduling, inquiries, and general support
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality
• Provide clear, helpful information regarding medical services

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of call center experience
• Strong job stability and reliable work history
• Familiarity with medical terminology or experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive, patient-focused attitude
