Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Machine Operators for a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time opportunity with all shifts available, offering competitive pay for candidates with strong technical and mechanical skills.

This is not a basic operator role — we are seeking individuals who can troubleshoot equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and work with precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

As a Skilled Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Operating and monitoring production machinery in a manufacturing setting.
Performing preventative maintenance to ensure machines run efficiently.
Troubleshooting mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime.
Adjusting machine settings and maintaining proper tolerances.
Using calipers and micrometers to measure parts and ensure accuracy.
Reading and interpreting blueprints or technical drawings (preferred).
Conducting quality control inspections on finished products.
Maintaining accurate production logs and documentation.
Using hand and power tools for adjustments and minor repairs.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of machine operating experience REQUIRED.
Tenured work history required — candidates with short-term positions will not be considered.
Experience performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
Proficiency using calipers, micrometers, and precision measurement tools.
Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Blueprint reading experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Safety-focused mindset.

Shifts & Hours

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Full-Time
Overtime may be available based on production needs

Pay & Benefits

$18.00 per hour
Weekly pay through Express Employment Professionals.
