Contracts and Program Management Specialist

 

Aerospace company in north Fort Worth is adding a Contracts and Program Management Specialist to their dynamic team!!  This person will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient management of contracts, quotations, and customer support within the FAA Part 145 repair station.

 

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3+ years of experience in a rotorcraft organization, quoting, contract administration, aviation parts sales, or customer sales/support
• Knowledge of FAA Part 145 repair station operations
• Familiarity with OEM maintenance manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, manufacturer’s installation instructions, and identifying proper documentation related to installations
• Experience in Finance and/or Quality a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred not required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
