We’re working with a custom fabrication shop looking to add an experienced Press Brake Operator to their team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for setting up, programming, and running parts independently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (Trumpf & Cincinnati)
• Read and interpret blueprints for formed parts
• Select appropriate tooling based on part specifications
• Create and adjust programs directly at the machine
• Run parts from start to finish, ensuring quality and accuracy

What They’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of press brake experience
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Ability to set up tooling and program independently
• Experience with Trumpf or Cincinnati machines is a plus, not required
• Must have custom fabrication experience

Schedule, Compensation, & Benefits:

• Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 4:30pm
• 50 to 55 hours per week, with frequent Saturday overtime
• $20 to $27 per hour based on experience and qualifications
