Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join a growing real estate team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our real estate agents. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective buyers and sellers in a timely manner
• Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to nurture and qualify leads
• Build rapport with clients and identify their real estate needs
• Schedule appointments for real estate agents with qualified prospects
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
• Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with agents to ensure a seamless client experience
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience required (real estate experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
