Overview

We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain safe, clean, healthy, and visually appealing. This role involves physical labor, operating landscaping equipment, and delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, mulching, and planting.
• Install and maintain lawns, gardens, shrubs, trees, and outdoor features.
• Operate landscaping tools and machinery (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge cutters, etc.).
• Assist with hardscape projects such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and irrigation systems.
• Monitor plant health and identify issues such as pests, diseases, or irrigation problems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and vehicles.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines while performing all tasks.
• Interact with clients professionally and address any needs or requests on-site.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred (but not required).
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely.
• Strong physical stamina; ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of plant care, soil, and outdoor maintenance practices (training available).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Work Environment

• Outdoor environment with varying weather conditions.
• Standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
• Use of power tools, hand tools, and machinery.
