Sales Manager | Westlake Village, CA (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth across professional/practitioner and consumer channels, including DTC, ecommerce, retail, and international distributors. This is a quota-bearing role managing a small sales team, broker relationships, and external marketing agencies.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop a team of 4 consumer & ecommerce sales reps.
Manage international and retail brokers to meet sales goals.
Direct external marketing agencies to execute sales campaigns.
Drive sales across practitioner, retail, wholesale, and distributor accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and channel performance.
Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and CRM reporting.
Requirements:
4+ years B2B sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
1+ year managing 3–5 direct reports.
Experience with ecommerce/DTC sales and/or broker/distributor management.
Experience directing marketing agencies or campaigns.
Strong negotiation, coaching, and relationship management skills.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
Experience in dietary supplements, probiotics, nutraceuticals, or healthcare products.
Experience with international distributor networks.
Compensation:
Base: $72K–$88K + commission/bonus (Could consider a higher base salary for a well qualified candidate)
