What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and package products for outbound shipments
• Use RF scanner to pick and update orders
• Operate a counterbalance forklift to move product, stage orders, and load trailers
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Complete other warehouse or shipping duties as assigned by the supervisor

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience operating a Counterbalance forklift
• Valid forklift certification
• Previous experience using RF scanners
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Good common sense, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Safety‑conscious and dependable work ethic
