Compensation:
$55,000–$60,000 base salary + uncapped commission
On-Target Earnings: $85,000–$110,000+ in Year 1
Additional: Car allowance, full benefits, 3 weeks vacation


The Opportunity

We’re growing — and we’re looking for a driven, field-based sales professional to expand our presence across Southern Ontario.

With over 20 years in business, we partner with companies to protect their people, property, and operations through modern security solutions — including intelligent video systems, access control, and fully integrated infrastructure.

This is a high-impact, relationship-driven sales role for someone who enjoys being in the field, building pipeline, and closing business.


What You’ll Do

You will take ownership of your territory and build a strong, consistent pipeline of business.

  • Proactively identify and engage new B2B clients through field prospecting, referrals, and outreach

  • Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand operational needs and security gaps

  • Recommend tailored solutions including IP cameras, access control, and integrated systems

  • Manage full sales cycles from first conversation to close

  • Build long-term client relationships while consistently generating new opportunities

  • Plan and manage your territory with a high level of autonomy and accountability

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (outside/field sales preferred)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own schedule

  • A consistent, results-driven approach to sales

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits
