Express Employment is working with a local hotel looking to add a Line Cook to their kitchen team!

 

You’ll be responsible for preparing food to our restaurant’s standards in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for food, works well under pressure, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

 

Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

• Prepare food items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

• Cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards

• Ensure food is fresh, properly stored, and safely prepared

• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety standards

• Work efficiently under pressure and during busy hours

Requirements:

• Proven cooking experience preferred but not required

• Understanding of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and sanitation

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment

• Must be a team player
