Salary: $27-30/hr

A well-established foundry in the Beaver Dam area is looking to add a Furnace Operator to their team. This is an excellent full-time, long-term opportunity with consistent hours and the chance to learn specialized foundry processes. If you enjoy fast-paced, hands-on industrial work, this could be the job for you! Candidates must have foundry experience and have a history of reliability. 

Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday to Thursday 5am-3:30pm, PLUS Fridays if needed for OT

Pay: $27-30/hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate furnace equipment to melt raw iron
• Follow production schedules and meet specifications
• Monitor quality and assist in scrap reduction efforts
• Maintain raw material supplies and iron vessels
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain safe work habits

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a production environment
• Forklift experience or ability to learn
