Our client is looking for a Customer Service Associate to work in their parcel shipment store. This client is a nationally known packing and shipping company with a great reputation. This opportunity is great for any applicant that enjoys working in a small team, and working with people! The Customer Service Associate will use a point of sale system to input information, print shipping labels, and get packages ready for shipment. Schedule: Varies , store hours are 8:30am-6:30pm

Pay: $18-20 DOE

 

Skills/ Experience desired:

-Customer service (1 year preferred)

-Team oriented mindset

-Ability to multitask

-Ability to lift 15-20 pounds

-Basic computer/ typing skills

-Attention to detail

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

-Greeting customers with a smile

-Communicating/ collecting shipping info

-Entering info into an electronic system

-Packing/ taping packages

-Lifting packages and prepping them for shipment

-Selling products like envelopes, boxes, greeting cards, etc
