Warehouse/Fulfillment Associate
Location: Shawnee, KS
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Position Overview

A growing motorcycle and bicycle parts distributor is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution facility. This role focuses on receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping a wide range of products including tires, parts, and accessories.

This is a hands-on, processing-focused environment where accuracy, consistency, and reliability are critical to maintaining order flow and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and organize incoming shipments of motorcycle and bicycle parts and accessories

  • Sort, stack, and stage inventory for storage or processing

  • Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment (e-commerce and direct customers)

  • Match products to orders and shipping labels with high accuracy

  • Read and verify SKUs and order details using a paper-based picking system

  • Wrap and prepare outgoing shipments

  • Assist with unloading trailers using pallet jacks and manual handling

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

  • Support daily production goals of 60–80 orders, with peaks up to 300+ orders/day

  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a steady, efficient pace

Training & Onboarding

  • Weeks 1–2: Focus on packaging and basic order matching to minimize errors

  • Gradual training into SKU matching and full order processing

  • Clear, step-by-step processes with hands-on support

  • Ongoing guidance from warehouse leadership

Qualifications

  • Ability to follow direction and learn quickly

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality

  • Ability to work independently and within a small team

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Basic computer and reading skills for order verification

  • Able to physically load and sort product(including tires)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and handle items up to 30–40 lbs consistently

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

  • High activity role (8,000–10,000 steps per day)

  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Work Environment

  • Small, team-oriented distribution facility

Pay & Growth Opportunity
