Location: Mission, TX

Pay: $13.00–$15.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Overtime required as needed)

 

Position Summary
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Industrial/Warehouse Painters for a facility in Mission, TX. This position involves preparing surfaces and applying coatings to pipes, structures, and equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced with painting tools and equipment.

Job Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing rust, grease, or old coatings
• Apply paint and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment (including airless spray systems)
• Mix and measure paint materials according to specifications
• Inspect surfaces before and after coating to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain and clean painting tools, equipment, and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling and disposal of chemicals
• Assist with general warehouse duties and support the paint crew as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial, commercial, or warehouse painting preferred
• Experience with spray painting equipment or blasting is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and overtime as required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
