Part-Time CNC Machine Operator (Trainable) – Flexible Schedule
Potlatch, ID | $17–$19/hr DOE 

A local aerospace manufacturing company is looking for a reliable and trainable CNC Machine Operator to join their team part-time. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in machining or manufacturing who wants to gain hands-on experience with CNC equipment.

This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to increase hours as production grows.

Schedule
• Approximately 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 10–15 days per month to start
• Hours can increase as production demand grows (Must be open to this) 

Pay
• $17 – $19 per hour DOE

What You’ll Be Doing
• Operate a 5-axis CNC mill producing aerospace components and production components
• Load material carts and monitor machine runs
• Perform basic part inspections and quality checks
• Change out finished parts and maintain workflow
• Work independently while maintaining production quality

Production Details
• Machine run times typically 10–20 minutes per cycle
• Primarily aluminum aerospace parts

• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Trainable with a strong willingness to learn
• Comfortable working independently and staying on task
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in manufacturing is a plus
