1st Shift Pool Technician/Construction

Salary: $20+/HR

Company Information: A small, family-owned company in Indianapolis is hiring a 1st Shift Pool Technician/General Laborer to their team! The company works hard to be flexible and show their employees they are valued. Company is hiring immediately!

Pool Technician's Pay & Benefits:

Pool Technician's Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8AM - 5PM
• Overtime likely during the warmer months

Pool Technician's Requirements:

• The ability and desire to train on-the-job & learn the trade
• Must be able to lift heavy throughout the day and work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license - You will operate company pickup trucks
• Performing weekly pool maintenance (testing water, vacuuming pool, general maintenance)
• Completing pool renovations (installing new liners, repairing parts, etc.)
• Conducting pool closings at the end of the season
• Assist with keeping the warehouse organized
• Would like to see service experience (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Keep track of inventory, pull parts for the technicians, and do receiving
• No past experience in this industry required
