Join a leading Hawaiʻi food operation seeking a Food Safety & Compliance Manager to own all food safety programs for a single plant location. This is a one person department reporting directly to the VP, offering high autonomy and meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do
• Maintain and manage all food safety, compliance, and regulatory programs (HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA).
• Oversee documentation, environmental monitoring, product testing, and audit readiness.
• Lead investigations, corrective actions, and recall procedures.
• Keep supplier files, certifications, and customer compliance documentation current.
• Support Operations, QA, IT, and Customer Support with labeling, specs, and training.
What You Bring
• Prior experience in food processing (seafood experience preferred but not required).
• Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills; comfortable leading a function independently.
• Preferred: HACCP or Seafood HACCP certification; familiarity with SQF/GFSI, FSMA/PCQI, or similar advanced food safety frameworks.
