Shift Available: Day Shift 

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and hardworking Precast Laborers to join our team in Spokane. This role involves assisting in the production and handling of precast concrete components while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move materials and precast products safely and efficiently

• Stack and organize concrete forms and precast units, including handling bugholes

• Reset, scrape, and maintain concrete forms for repeated use

• Assist with general cleaning and maintaining a safe work area

• Support casting operations, including laying out and finishing concrete

• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with all company and OSHA standards

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project timelines are met

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, precast concrete, or related labor roles preferred

• Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Attention to detail, particularly when preparing and finishing concrete

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting

• Regular use of hands and arms for form resetting, scraping, and concrete finishing

• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and concrete dust
