Salary: $18-$20 per hour

Full time 8-5p.m. Mon - Fri work schedule

 

The Warranty clerk will have experience reconciling accounting records to statements, have excellent data entry skills, train on warranty cancellations. 

 

Key duties will process cancellations, calculate refunds, update financial records and ensure compaliance, work with vendors, lienholders and customers, managing high volume data entry and resolving discrepancies.

 

Experience working for a dealership in the Finance and Insurance department highly preferred, candidates must have excellent data entry, Excel, and MS outlook experience (evals to be given)

 

Must pass background check and drug screen
