Located in Flint, MI

• Handle and prepared composite materials including fiberglass, fabrics, and resin for manufacturing processes.

• Apply resins and composite materials to molds and components according to production specifications.

• Operate spray booth equipment with proper ventilation systems to apply coatings, resins, or finishes.

• Measure, mix, and apply resins and other materials while maintaining correct ratios and quality standards.

• Trim, assemble, and finish composite parts to meet product specifications.

• Monitor materials and production processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety and environmental procedures.

• Used hand tools and basic production equipment to support fabrication and finishing processes.

• Adjust to slow and fast paced work flow

• Follow all workplace safety guidelines when handling chemicals, resins, and fiberglass materials.

• Assist team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
