Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (schedule may shift by up to 30 minutes)
Location: Flat Rock / Hendersonville Area
Full-Time | Onsite

A well-established manufacturing company in the Flat Rock area is seeking a Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator to take the lead on shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This role plays an important part in keeping production running smoothly by ensuring materials arrive on time and customer shipments go out accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities
• Create bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels
• Prepare documentation for both domestic and export shipments
• Contact freight carriers and schedule daily pickups
• Receive incoming materials into the ERP system
• Manage small parcel shipments and labeling
• Track and organize warehouse inventory and locations
• Coordinate cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials
• Match and file inbound and outbound freight documentation
• Support the warehouse team with material movement as needed
• Assist customer service with order management and shipments

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of shipping or warehouse experience
• Experience using ERP or shipping software systems
• Comfortable working with inventory systems and barcode scanners
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication with both office staff and plant teams
• Forklift experience or ability to become certified

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift
• Ability to operate a forklift and warehouse equipment
