As a Graveyard Freight Crew Stocker, you’ll play a key role in keeping the store stocked, organized, and ready for customers each morning. Responsibilities include:

Efficiently handle, cut, rotate, and display merchandise
Accurately mark prices and complete price changes
Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are well-stocked
Meet productivity goals for cases and price changes per hour
Follow company policies and procedures
Keep detailed and accurate department records
Work weekend shifts, including Sundays as needed

🔪 Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming meat products, ensuring freshness and quality standards are met
Prepare and package meat items—cutting, trimming, grinding, and wrapping—according to customer requests and store specifications
Maintain an attractive and well-stocked meat display case, rotating stock and ensuring proper labeling and pricing
Assist customers with meat selections, providing product information, cooking instructions, and recommendations
Adhere to strict food safety guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and proper handling procedures
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the meat department manager to ensure adequate stock
Operate and maintain meat department equipment such as slicers, grinders, and wrapping machines
