Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Fletcher / Arden, NC

A well-established construction company in the Fletcher / Arden area is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist to support their finance team. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing payments while helping track financial activity across multiple construction projects.

The right candidate will have strong AR/AP experience and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple accounts and project-related transactions. This position also offers the opportunity to grow into payroll responsibilities over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Track payments, invoices, and expenses across multiple projects
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Monitor project-related costs and ensure proper allocation
• Assist with reconciliations and financial reporting
• Support payroll processing as the role develops
• Work closely with leadership to keep financial information organized and up to date
