Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Medical Receptionist for a busy, well-respected medical office in Cheyenne.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves helping people and enjoys a fast-paced environment.  Medical office experience is helpful, but not a dealbreaker — the right attitude and strong work ethic matter most!

PAY: $15.00 hr. 
Monday - Friday, Day Shift 40 hours/week

 *BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREEN REQUIRED*

What You’ll Do

·         Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude

·         Manage patient flow and check-in/check-out processes

·         Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals

·         Collect copays and balances

·         Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries

·         Scan and upload documents into electronic medical records (EMR)

·         Work closely with office staff and providers to support patient satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

·         Strong customer service skills and a positive, reliable, “show-up-every-day” attitude

·         Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

·         A true team player who enjoys helping coworkers and patients

·         Must be proficient with computers and comfortable learning new systems

·         Previous medical office experience or medical terminology knowledge is a plus, but not required

·         CNA certification preferred (not mandatory)

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
