📌 Position 1: Production Associate – Redmond, OR

Pay: $18–$20 DOE and shift
Shifts: Monday–Friday, Day and Overnight

Position Overview

The Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations, quality control, and plant sanitation. This role ensures products are produced safely, accurately, and in compliance with company standards.

Specific Duties

• Assist with all quality control functions and documentation
• Support the QC Manager in processing and completing QC documents
• Ensure raw materials are safely stored and properly segregated
• Oversee drying operations and ensure procedures are followed
• Follow all QC steps outlined in the Quality Control Manual
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of machines and plant areas
• Assist with machine calibration and routine maintenance
• Help maintain a safe and well-functioning plant environment
• Operate a small forklift as needed
• Assist with training new employees
• Ensure all employees follow warehouse safety guidelines
• Check out with the supervisor before leaving each day

Main Duties

• Perform all batching operations accurately
• Operate mixers and ensure mixing procedures are followed
• Operate the Vemag machine for wafer and soft chew production
• Read and follow batching instructions
• Clean all machines, tools, and facilities after use

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Katana software and assembly/manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and write at a high school level
• Experience supervising and training others
• Experience in baking, food processing, or food handling preferred

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day and Overnight Shifts

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our food processing team. This role focuses on packaging finished products, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting efficient production flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Package finished food products
• Label products accurately
• Weigh products for proper portioning
• Assemble cases for shipment
• Palletize packaged goods
• Prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with urgency and attention to detail
• Adapt to varying order flows and multitask
• Collaborate effectively within a team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, food processing, or food handling
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs intermittently
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Reliable, consistent, and goal-driven
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Adaptable to changing priorities

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting (25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs intermittently)
• Extended standing
• Repetitive motions associated with packaging tasks

• Food packaging production line
