What You’ll Do

• Provide accurate offline quotes to support Inside Sales agents

• Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to follow up on campaign activity

• Navigate and operate multiple internal systems simultaneously

• Maintain data accuracy and process integrity

• Track and document quoting activities and campaign support tasks

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable learning and using multiple software platforms

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or sales-driven environments
