Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Load and unload supplies, equipment, and tools
• Assist skilled workers and site supervisors as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
• Support construction, landscaping, manufacturing, or cleaning activities depending on the assignment
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective gear at all times
• Complete outdoor and indoor physical tasks in varying weather conditions
• Report any hazards, injuries, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Perform additional duties as directed by site management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50+ lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Willingness to work outdoors and in changing environments
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
• Good communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, or reach for extended periods
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) required PPE: hard hat, safety vest, steel-toed boots
• Previous general labor experience is a plus but not required
