Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and grow sales operations within the telecommunications industry. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales initiatives, and expanding market presence for internet, voice, and networking solutions. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong industry knowledge, proven sales management experience, and the ability to build high-performing teams.

Job Duties

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to align business goals
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts and agreements

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sales management experience in telecommunications, broadband, or IT
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
• Strong knowledge of internet services, voice connectivity, and networking solutions
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and develop growth strategiesValid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Highly organized with strong time management and leadership abilities
