Position: Administrative Assistant / CoordinatorPay Rate: $28/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15am–4:15pm (flexible, no later than 9:00am start)Location: On-site (no remote work) Job Summary:This role provides direct support to the owner, coordinating a variety of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Participate in conference calls and coordinate trucking and scheduling. Work closely with the drafting department. Assist with repairs, installations, and managing sub-contractors/vendors. Prepare quotes and convert them into invoices using QuickBooks. Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication across departments. Requirements: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Proficient in QuickBooks and basic administrative tasks (typing, scheduling, etc.). Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously. Flexible, dependable, and able to work directly with the owner.
