Salary: $28.00/hour

Position: Administrative Assistant / Coordinator
Pay Rate: $28/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15am–4:15pm (flexible, no later than 9:00am start)
Location: On-site (no remote work)

Job Summary:
This role provides direct support to the owner, coordinating a variety of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in conference calls and coordinate trucking and scheduling.

  • Work closely with the drafting department.

  • Assist with repairs, installations, and managing sub-contractors/vendors.

  • Prepare quotes and convert them into invoices using QuickBooks.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication across departments.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

  • Proficient in QuickBooks and basic administrative tasks (typing, scheduling, etc.).

  • Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.

  • Flexible, dependable, and able to work directly with the owner.
