What you’ll do:
• Support warehouse and inventory software by troubleshooting issues, resolving data questions with warehouse staff, and maintaining accurate system information.
• Generate basic reports, assist with data entry/imports/updates, and monitor system data to spot potential issues early.
• Provide hands on support for warehouse technology (barcode scanners, label printers, terminals, software interfaces) and perform basic troubleshooting when equipment or software isn’t working.
• Back up the IT Technician with user account setup, workstation and printer/device troubleshooting, system backup monitoring, and assist with documenting procedures, training, and process improvements.

• Someone comfortable supporting both warehouse and office teams with basic tech issues.
• Basic computer skills and a strong attention to detail — experience not required; we’ll train you.
