A well-established family-owned trailer sales and service company in Seneca is looking for a reliable Parts Counter Sales Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and supporting a busy parts and service department.
What You’ll Do
Assist customers at the parts counter with trailer parts and accessories
Help identify and locate the correct parts for customer needs
Process parts orders and maintain accurate records
Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
Work closely with the service team to ensure parts are available for repairs
Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone
What They’re Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer and order entry experience
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Mechanical or parts knowledge is helpful, but willing to train the right person
Reliable and team-oriented attitude
What’s Offered
$17/hr starting pay
Pay increase to $18/hr once hired on
