ummary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Office Assistant to support our front-office operations. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with light accounting tasks, and help maintain the smooth functioning of the office. Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer service calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Enter basic accounting data and maintain accurate financial records
Assist walk-in customers with service requests and general questions
Perform miscellaneous office duties, including filing, organizing documents, and supporting daily operations
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office workflow
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Prior experience in customer service or office administration is a plus
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and data entry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
