What You'll Actually Be Doing

This is a field sales role — and we mean that literally. You will be in your car every day, driving your territory across St. Louis City in whatever weather comes your way. Hot summer days, freezing January mornings, rain, sleet — you'll be out there. You'll be walking into businesses, shaking hands, and building relationships that turn into long-term partnerships. Every day looks different. Every client conversation is yours to own.

Drive your territory daily — prospecting and visiting companies in-person across the St. Louis metro area, rain or shine, hot or cold
Make outbound calls and show up face-to-face to open new business relationships
Qualify prospects, uncover hiring needs, and position Express as the solution
Present staffing and workforce solutions to business owners and hiring managers
Negotiate pricing and close service agreements
Build and manage a growing portfolio of active client accounts
