Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of our property/properties. This role works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure smooth operations, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with day‑to‑day operations of the property
• Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally
• Coordinate leasing activities, including tours, applications, renewals, and move‑ins/outs
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Process payments, track delinquencies, and assist with collections
• Support property marketing efforts, online listings, and resident communications
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and appearance standards
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of repairs and work orders
• Enforce property rules and regulations while promoting a positive community environment
• Assist with vendor scheduling, invoices, and contract coordination

Qualifications

• Previous property management or leasing experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Rent Manager) a plus
• Proficiency with Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of fair housing laws and local regulations
• High school diploma required

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM

Pay: Based on experience
