Warehouse Technician
Full-Time Monday-Friday 7:30a-4:30p | Temp To Hire | Team Environment

A growing distribution company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Technician to join their high-volume operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and taking ownership of warehouse processes while helping train others.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, ship, and receive materials
• Label products and maintain organized inventory
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
• Support warehouse organization standards
• Cross-train and assist with training team members
• Follow OSHA, DOT, and ISO quality standards
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and safety procedures
• Assist in other warehouse areas as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of warehouse experience (industrial, electronics, or similar environments preferred)
• Forklift certification required
• Knowledge of OSHA and warehouse safety practices
• Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems (RF scanner experience preferred)
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, shipping software)
• Strong communication skills and team mentality

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform warehouse duties throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
