A manufacturing company in the city of Cerritos is seeking an experienced Powder Coater Painter to work alongside the production team in a shop environment. This role is responsible for preparing materials and applying powder coating finishes while ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency throughout the coating process. Powder Coater Painter Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the production team to support daily manufacturing operations
• Operate powder coating equipment to apply finishes to metal or manufactured parts
• Prepare surfaces and materials prior to powder coating
• Apply powder coating finishes according to specifications and quality standards
• Operate and maintain spray guns to ensure proper application and color consistency
• Inspect finished products to ensure coating quality and uniform coverage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in a shop environment

Powder Coater Painter Requirements:

• 2–4 years of powder coating or industrial painting experience
• Ability to operate powder coating equipment with minimal training
• Experience operating spray guns and maintaining color consistency
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or shop environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
