Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth across a defined territory in Southern Ontario. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience selling technical solutions to commercial and industrial clients, managing complex projects, and handling bid-based opportunities. This is a field-focused role with a strong emphasis on relationship building and territory development.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and expand a regional sales territory, identifying new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts
  • Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, tenders, and project-based bids
  • Analyze project plans, technical drawings, and specifications to provide accurate quotes and solutions
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to assess operational needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects from sale to installation
  • Drive the growth of maintenance and service offerings, establishing long-term service relationships
  • Maintain up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and project tracking in CRM systems
  • Keep current with market developments, product innovations, and industry standards
  • Serve as a trusted technical resource for clients, offering guidance and solutions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial B2B sales
  • Proven track record with project-based sales, tenders, and bid management
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, specifications, and project coordination
  • Experience managing key accounts and growing a territory
  • Exposure to service or maintenance contract sales is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Post-secondary education
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license (Class G) and clean driving record
