Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a Quality & Safety Manager for a manufacturing facility in Cookeville, TN. This position plays a key role in maintaining workplace safety standards while ensuring product quality and compliance within the production environment.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain company quality and safety programs
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Train employees on safety procedures and quality standards
Identify opportunities to improve processes, safety practices, and product quality
Maintain documentation, reports, and safety records
Work closely with production teams to ensure consistent quality output
Qualifications:
Previous quality, safety, or manufacturing leadership experience
Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and management
Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
Schedule:Full-time | Day Shift
