Employment Specialist (Bilingual Required)

Full-Time | Monday – Friday, Weekends and Holidays 

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a high-energy, driven Employment Specialist to join our team. This is a fast-paced, performance-based position that requires strong communication skills, urgency, and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple priorities at once.

This role is not for someone looking for an easy office job. We are looking for a go-getter who can work under pressure, stay motivated, and consistently meet goals while delivering excellent service to both clients and associates.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, interview, and evaluate job applicants daily
• Make high-volume outbound calls to source candidates
• Fill open job orders quickly and accurately
• Match the right candidates to the right positions
• Maintain strong communication with clients and associates
• Complete compliant and detailed candidate profiles
• Process onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Follow up with associates on assignment
• Handle attendance, performance, and job-related issues
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Work closely with the sales and recruiting team to support client needs

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual English / Spanish REQUIRED
• Strong personality with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Thick skin and the ability to handle pressure professionally
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and dependable

Preferred Experience

• Staffing or recruiting experience
• Sales, customer service, or call center experience
• HR or office experience
