Key Responsibilities

• Respond to consumer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Provide accurate information regarding products, ingredients, orders, and company policies
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience with every interaction
• Document consumer interactions and feedback in internal systems
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
• Support the marketing and quality teams by sharing consumer insights and trends
• Maintain professionalism and a customer-first mindset in all communications

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service or Consumer Services experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused
• Proficiency with computers and customer support systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Interest in natural foods, health, or sustainability is a plus 

Preferred Experience

• Customer service in food, beverage, natural products, or consumer goods industries
• Experience handling consumer inquiries, product questions, or order support
• Familiarity with CRM or customer support platforms
