Job Summary

As a Material Handler, you’ll be responsible for tracking, storing, and moving products and raw materials throughout the facility. You’ll move materials by hand, push cart, or forklift; prepare shipments; maintain accurate records; and support production needs through organized and efficient material flow.

Schedule Options

  • Monday to Thursday: 5:00am-3:30pm
  • Monday to Friday: 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay

  • $23.00-$25.33/hour, based on experience
  • Weekly paychecks every Friday

Location and Work Environment

  • Openings at the Champlin, MN facility
  • Openings at the Dayton, MN facility
  • Clean working environment
  • Option to wear one earbud on the production floor

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare paperwork and package parts for shipment
  • Ship orders according to delivery schedules
  • Assemble packing lists and required documentation
  • Package parts to prevent damage
  • Arrange shipping methods and route completed paperwork
  • Move products and materials using forklifts, push carts, and manual handling
  • Record materials moving to and from racks
  • Count, weigh, and document material units
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory
  • Load and unload orders manually or with motorized equipment

Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of related experience OR training OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Willingness to learn new equipment and WMS technology
  • Basic math and inventory-counting skills
  • Ability to follow SOPs and safety requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • High school diploma OR equivalent (required)
  • Pre-employment background check (required)
