Dispatcher

Located in Phoenix, AZ

Salary: $16-$18/Hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking an organized and reliable Dispatcher / Service Coordinator to support daily operations by coordinating service technicians and managing incoming service requests.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and schedule technicians for service calls

• Coordinate daily routes and job assignments

• Communicate with customers and technicians via phone and computer systems

• Utilize ServiceTitan to schedule, track, and manage service appointments

• Maintain accurate job scheduling and technician availability

• Provide general administrative and customer service support

Qualifications:

• Experience with dispatching or scheduling technicians preferred

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus

• Comfortable using computers, phones, and scheduling software

• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
